All new groups get a 14-day free trial with full access to your selected plan. No payment information required to start. After 14 days, you'll have a 7-day window to subscribe (with read-only access after day 4) before your account is suspended.

Subscriptions are billed per group, not per individual member. Pricing is based on group size limits and feature access — never by how much your group saves. Your financial success is never taxed.

Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. You only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing period. New features and limits apply instantly.

Downgrades are allowed at the end of your current billing period with 7 days notice. If your group exceeds the new plan's member limit, you'll need to reduce members before the downgrade takes effect. No refunds for unused time.

You have a 7-day grace period with full access to update your payment method. After that, your account moves to read-only mode for 14 days, then suspended. Your data is preserved for 60 days before deletion.

Extending (e.g., monthly → annual) is allowed anytime — your remaining balance is credited toward the new period. Shortening (e.g., annual → monthly) is only allowed at renewal to prevent discount abuse.

Pro plan subscribers active for 3+ months can pause for up to 2 months per year. During pause, your account is read-only with no charges. Your billing cycle extends by the pause duration when you resume.

Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period. Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation, and data is archived for 60 days before permanent deletion. You can reactivate within 30 days for instant restoration.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds for partial usage or plan downgrades. We recommend starting with monthly billing if you're unsure.

After 30 days as a paid subscriber, you can refer other groups. Each successful referral (when they make their first payment) earns you 1 month free. Referred groups get a 21-day trial and 15% off their first payment. Earn milestone bonuses at 3, 5, 10, and 25 referrals. Pro plan subscribers can withdraw rewards as cash via mobile money.
